Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our Summer Camp! We are excited to provide a safe, creative, and active environment for all campers. Please review the following policies carefully. 1. Registration & Payment Full payment done IN PERSON is required to secure your child’s spot. Camp fees are non-refundable unless camp is canceled by Ruby’s Tumbling. 2. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Late pick-ups may result in an additional fee. 3. Health & Safety Campers must be healthy and symptom-free to attend. Any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed at registration or in person BEFORE the camp dates. In case of injury or emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. 4. Attire & Personal Items Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for gymnastics and movement. Please label all personal items. Ruby’s Tumbling is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 5. Behavior Expectations Campers are expected to show respect toward staff, peers, and facility property. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
