Cancellation Policy
Ruby’s Tumbling offers uninstructed open play for children. This is not a class and does not include instruction or direct supervision. Parents or legal guardians must remain on the premises at all times and are fully responsible for supervising their child(ren), including monitoring behavior, safety, allergies, medical needs, and appropriate use of equipment. Participation in uninstructed play is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, collisions, equipment use, illness, or injury. Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of themselves and their child(ren). Children should only participate if they are physically able to do so. Ruby’s Tumbling staff may provide general facility oversight but do not provide individual supervision or instruction. Ruby’s Tumbling is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from participation in uninstructed play, except as required by California law. This includes injuries resulting from ordinary negligence, inherent risks of play, or the actions of participants. All equipment must be used as intended and in designated areas. Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow posted rules may result in removal from the play area without refund. Parents/guardians are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their child to other participants, staff, or property. By entering and participating in uninstructed playtime, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Any disputes related to participation will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with California law, and not through court or jury trial.
